What I liked most was the structure: very beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, generous and welcoming, always helpful and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. It has been a long time since I found such a good level of service, hospitality and organization in Tunisia. Compliments to all the staff.

Overall, the stay was positive. The food was decent, but could be improved in terms of attention to detail and meat preparation ect, which was sometimes a bit tough. The all-inclusive drinks could also be better: espresso and cappuccino etc were not available, only alternatives such as American-style coffee, and the juices did not seem very natural.

Otelin konumu, odaların manzarası, temizliği, personelin ilgisi harikaydı. Havuz alanı oldukça iyi dekore edilmişti. Havuzun tasarımına ve büyüklüğüne bayıldık. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, herkesin damak tadına uyacak seçenekler vardı. Marina’ya yürüme mesafesinde olması da bizim için bir avantajdı. Akşamları 10 dakika yürüyerek marinaya ulaşabildik. Okçuluk etkinliği oldukça eğlenceliydi. Ayrıca odamızı özenle temizleyen güleryüzlü 2. kat görevlilerine ve entertainment ekibinden enerjisi hep yüksek olan Willy’e teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha hammamet’e gelirsek tekrar bu otelde konaklayacağız.

Akşam yemeği seçenekleri geliştirilebilir. Balık seçenekleri çok fazlaydı. Balık alerjim olduğu için bazı günler pek yiyecek bir seçenek bulamadım. Herkesin damak tadına hitap edecek pizza, patates kızartması gibi seçenekler arttırılabilir. Mayıs sonu gittiğimiz için deniz tam ısınmamıştı ve oldukça rüzgarlıydı, bu nedenle tüm yosunlar plaja vurmuştu. Denizdeki yosunlar ve pislikler temizlenmeli. Bir de tam güneşlenip rahatlerken sürekli deve turu satmaya çalışan satıcılar insanı biraz rahatsız ediyor.

Had such a lovely stay at Marco Polo. The food is amazing with a varied selection each day, the staff are so friendly and attentive. The entertainment team are awesome especially Lary, Wily and Picachu, and made us laugh and dance every day. The facilities and pool are brilliant. The room is pretty basic so we would probably upgrade our room next time. But overall, it was a fantastic holiday/ We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to book again soon!

Fantastic holiday. The staff are all very friendly, accommodating and offer an excellent service with attention to detail. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, incredible pool, massages are great, the reps are full of energy and keep you on your dancing feet, and don’t miss out on quad biking it was so much fun! Thank you soo much to all of the staff for our dream holiday :)
