El hotel en lo material inmejorable ,pero la calidad humana es mi mejor reseña . Hubo un apagón el domingo 21 de varias horas y allí estaban desde la directora Marta que dirigia y controlaba la situación q se prolongaba con la impaciencia de algunos clientes , pasando por Cristina en el mostrador, gestionando como podía( sin luz) a los huéspedes que llegaban Héctor de mantenimiento atento a solucionar lo q veía q necesitábamos y Alba en la cafetería. Todos nos han facilitado la incomodidad del momento desde servir agua fresca o ,calentar un biberón, un enchufe q funcionara .... Me he sentido como en mi casa Equipazo humano. Mi enhorabuena al hotel. Lo recomiendo y volveré seguro
