"良いホテルです"

少し旧いですが、立地も良く、高知を代表するホテルだけに接遇も素晴らしいです。ただ一つだけ、室温が調整できなかったことだけが残念でした。次にまた高知に行く時は利用したいホテルです。

新阪急ホテルだった時代によく泊まっていて久しぶりに訪れたので泊まってみました。 古さを感じましたが、やはり昔はすごかったので広さや豪華さがあり好きです。 アップグレードもして頂き最上階のいいお部屋でした。

やはり古さはどうしても感じます。 内装リニューアルできたらいいなあと思います。

"便利な環境で、清潔な室内"

路面電車の停車場の真前で、繁華街からも歩ける便利な立地でしたしたが、静かで落ち着いた環境でした。あまり新しいホテルではありませんが、清潔に整えられていました。スタッフさんはとても親切で、助かりました。
