ヘアドライヤーがリファでした。

アメニティの全てが経費削減なのか安物、日航のホテルならもっとちゃんとした物揃えてほしい、歯ブラシも今はどこのホテルも良いもの置いてますよ、本当に1回だけしか使えない安物、トイレは便座クリーナーもない、さすがにウォシュレットはあるが、、、従業員はあたりさわりのない態度、決して親切とは言えない、事務的対応、評判の良かった朝食ですが、そーかなーーー、北海道の食材のわりになんだろーー、他のホテルの朝食と比べるとなんでなのかな?じゃがいもとか鮭が美味しくないんですよ、品揃えはありました。

"設備は整っているが一流ではない"

当日の予約でしたが、快適な部屋に格安で泊まれて良かったです。お風呂が広くて快適でした。

帯広駅周辺の宿は大浴場併設のところが多く、こちらも他と見間違えて大浴場があるとばかり思っていたので少しがっかりしました。 飲食店があるのが駅の反対側で、ホテル側には何もないです。でも駅を抜けて行けばすぐなので、それ自体に不便は感じませんが、 食事に出かけるなら正面出口ではなく、向こう側の小さな出口から行くと良いということを案内して欲しかったと思います。雨の日雪の日には大きな違いです。 また、一旦受付できたはずのbookingがその後rejectされていたのに気づかず、チェックインの際に時間がかかりました。 そのことについて、確かにホテル側の責任ではありませんが、こちらも操作に間違いがあった訳ではないので、 不便な思いをしたことについて思いやりある接客ではなかったことには、かなり不満を持ちました。 当日の外部サイトからの予約は正直面倒なのでしょうけれど、もしかしてbooking側からの連絡にホテル側からの確認が遅かったことがrejectの原因なのでは？……と感じていたので、何か一言頭を下げられないものでしょうか。
