駅に近く、寒い外にほとんど出なくて便利だった。スタッフさんにも、荷物を快く預かっていただけました。

This was my third stay at Metropolitan East Sendai. Elegant, modern, and comfortable. Fair-size room, comfortable bed, luxury bath facility in the room. Directly connected to Sapporo's main station, which is a large shopping and eating mall, with highrise department stores and offices all around. My only complaint is the lack of towels - only one bath towel and one face towel, if you are staying by yourself. Adequate until one gets wet and you need a dry towel and have to call the front desk. (This is done under the guise of "ecology" - "greenwashing" is more likely, in my opinion!)

Convenient to Shinkansen gate. Very efficient flow at check in. Room small, but shower and tub fabulous.

Perfect location!! Eat, sleep , dining, shopping, transportation starts from here . Delighted

Great location. Great accommodations. Do not get the massage.
