Centara Villas Phuket

Very beautiful location, on top of hill, there is an off road way to the beach but the door closes 6PM soo you need to take a taxi/tuk tuk back to hotel front entrance, the property is well managed, the rooms are reachable via jeep which is always available from reception and the services can be requested from the mobile application.

We stayed multiple centrara properties during our thailand trip but only this hotel we felt the staff behaviour was not the best, for 2 rooms they kept 6000 thb as security where as everywhere else it was no more than 2000, apart from that the staff managing the breakfast was extremely rude and looked like they were forced to work no smiles, no response to questions, ignoring when we were politely calling them

Bonjour bien situé mais trop d’escalier etc ce n’est pas du tout agréable et la piscine a besoin d’un rafraîchissement je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de manger au restaurant…

Далековато от центра Карона , а также Патонга. Прийдется заказывать такси чтобы выбраться либо сидеть на территории отеля вечером .

Only location and view.

The staff were rude. This is the first time in my life dealing with this kind of staff in Thailand. They were not smiling at all and took too much time to provide services for me they introduced. My room was not cleaned enough, as some dust was on ground and toilet smelled bad. I was scammed on breakfast payment, I already paid for the breakfast along with room booking. However when I called hotel service they did not informed me that the breakfast charges were billed separately!. I called reception for clarification, and they informed me that only extra charges will be applied for room service. But at check out time they billed me for breakfast and service together! I told them that breakfast was paid already, they did not agree to compromise. In addition to above, my room was not ready until 3:30pm while I arrived for checkin at 2:30pm and they confirmed the availability at stated checkin time (3:00pm). During my stay, I hated that the staff woke me up twice for housekeeping by ringing my villa bell and calling the noisy phone!
