"Goed en mooi hotel"

Ik had een ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht op het centrum van Hilversum! En we werden bij aankomst zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel

Ontbijt was de persoon lange tijd niet aanwezig en weinig ontbijt. Geen fruit. Aanvullen duurde lang als ook afruimen

"Centraal gelegen hotel, gastvrij personeel"

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie nette kamers.

Het was koud in de centrale ruimtes en het trappenhuis was niet altijd schoon. Het enkel glas was ook nadelig in onze kamer.
