"So much to like!"

The room was exceptional. Super clean and the best night's sleep. The bath is really deep and is great for a good, relaxing soak. The hotel was old school glamour and steeped in history. Old photographs are well worth a look! The location was incredible. Close to all the sights and easily accessible with the train station across the road. The staff were so helpful and arranged for hypoallergenic pillows to be delivered to the room promptly upon discovery that the ones in the room are down feather. Genoa has so much to see and do!

The bar was not very allergen aware. They deliver nuts with their drinks. It would be great if they could substitute for other snacks as peanuts can get everywhere. If they are in the environment it has the potential to cause a bad reaction. Genoa itself has a real problem with dog poo on its streets. It is everywhere! I feel the hotel could work with the council more to address this problem around the area.
