"Beach hotel but dated"

Great location right on the beach, hotel is half a mile walk from local shops and restaurants. but the hotel is very dated. Staff friendly but not very helpful. Couldn’t use the safe and hairdryer unreliable with no replacement.

"Vintage sì, ma senza esagerare..."

La location è splendida così come la struttura, sebbene sia molto datata e necessiti di maggior manutenzione, cosa che però, data la grandezza del complesso, immagino non sia semplice. Sia la vista sul giardino che quella sul mare è impagabile. Purtroppo però lo stato dei bagni nelle camere non è assolutamente adeguato ad un quattro stelle. Il vecchio phon con il tubo è improponibile, il kit da bagno fin troppo spartano e la doccia nella vasca con la tendina un po' ammuffita proprio non si addicono al livello dell'hotel. A mio avviso troppo costoso il supplemento spiaggia per il giorno in uscita. Il servizio al ristorante molto lento con alcune imprecisioni nell'apparecchiatura e bicchieri per il vino decisamente superati. Tuttavia cenare e far colazione con il promontorio del Circeo sullo sfondo e cullati dal suono delle onde forse (e dico forse) non ha prezzo...

The hotel was very comfortable, and the beach was pretty clean. Wifi is not the greatest but the overall experience is decent. Pretty quiet night life but the hotel is very relaxing.

"Good position but outdated and disorganized"

Good position on the beach but really outdated building and rooms. Staff was disorganized, rooms not ready on time and not prepared with correct bedding even though they had agreed to prepare twin beds in advance. Booking was for three nights but they had on record it was for one, even though everything had been prepaid. No pool or beach towels available until the afternoon...not very useful for a beach hotel. Very loud music in the property next door that goes on all day. Overall not a great experience though the beach in Sabaudia is very nice.

"Prachtige locatie pal aan het strand"

Sfeervol luxe hotel pal aan het eigen strand met daarenboven ook nog een eigen zwembad. Prima ontbijt en behulpzame staf. Rustige mooie omgeving. Hoewel het Italiaanse vakantieseizoen voorbij was toch zijn alle faciliteiten nog aanwezig. Dat hebben we wel anders meegemaakt.
