The facility lives up to its 5 star rating, but is clearly a destination resort if you don't have a car. It is quite a ways to Corfu town. We stayed in a Boschetto suite which is a short (and not particularly pretty) walk from the main resort. The room was clean and nice but no water view.

Very bad service for this money. Very bad food quality! Very good property! Very good place and beach.

Condition and design of the hotel is really amazing. However hotel employees are not friendly and helpful. We struggled a lot when communicating with reception and concierge people. One day, we witnessed an argument of one of the reception ladies in front of us and other guests which definitely was not appropriate. Breakfast is one of the best comparing to other European hotels that i've ever stayed but you have to wait on a queue every morning if you would like to sit inside if you do not want to fight with bees outside. Cleaning ladies are bugging you a lot. They don't even care if you put 'do not disturb' sign on. They just come to your room when you are sleeping cause they start cleaning before 9 in the morning. So if you prefer waking up whenever you want when you are on holiday, you wont be able to without disturbing. View of the rooms are amazing. Beach is also quite good but it's full of kids and you cannot find a free space if you go to the beach after 11 am. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday, this hotel may not be suitable for you.

This hotel is the best option if you are planning a beach vacation. With its variety of restaurants, beaches and pools you can easily spend 5 days without going out from the hotel. I would say that the management is taking care of the outside amenities more than the rooms, in terms of cleanness it could be better. It is a very nice hotel and highly recommended.

Hotel was great. Sandy beach on your door step amazing and the hotel shuttle bus was useful. Would definitely stay here again. Very luxurious.

Very special place , great setting and great staff and very welcoming hotel with every facility you could wish for.

Wonderful breakfast area and choices. Interesting layout of resort with the rocky headland gave it character. Great view from room. Wonderful thought with a bottle of 'bubbly' sent to our room for our anniversary. Great friendly staff. Italian restaurant unfinished but open ( light fittings/ one wall looked unfinished and space lacked ambience).
