"Beautiful location but would not likely stay again due to comfort/cost and overall vibes."

Friendly staff— not including front desk staff. Check in was very slow and it was clear the front of house was understaffed. In room dining and blacktail bar had delicious food. S’mores in evening was a nice amenity. The waterpark and pool/hottub are fantastic for kids and best part of the hotel. The workshop activities were well organized and also great for families.

The beds were very uncomfortable, hotel is becoming very dated and could be cleaner. Overpriced and under delivered. Error in room charge on check out— staff were rude and condescending about this despite it being their mistake.
