Courtleigh Hotel & Suites

Good breakfast and convenient location.

The first thing you notice as you enter the hotel is the freshly fragranced lobby. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, from security to the restaurant and pool bar staff. The food was genuinely excellent, especially the fish escovitch, which was one of the best meals I had during my trip. Drinks and room service were also very good. The room was comfortable, clean, and serviced daily, and the hotel had a pleasant overall atmosphere and scent. The location also worked very well for Carnival weekend.

The hotel is clearly older and some areas would benefit from upgrades and better maintenance, particularly the lifts and certain bathroom fixtures. The check-in process could also have been smoother.

The property had a great location and the staff made the experience even better.

I would just suggest a deeper clean/maintenance of the swimming pool to make the experience even better.

Well I had a fall and the staff told me admin would reach out to me and no one did

The shower space is small and needed more towels.

Food for breakfast was poor as usual. Food choices are bad. I had to check out early due to family emergency and asked for partial refund. Sent email and no response. Hotel charged full amount to card.
