L’hôtel le moins bien insonorisée que j’ai vu de ma vie nous avions louer 3 chambres 1 nuit car nous avions un travail à faire à Chicoutimi aucun de nous 3 à réussi à dormir tellement qu’on entends tout à travers les murs et portes

Une equipe de hockey de Montréal étais présent sans surveillance alors les jeunes jouaient au hockey dans le passage devant notre chambre et les couloirs pour aller à la piscine.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a great restaurant, food was excellent.

The bathroom was quite small and the water in shower fluctuated between hot and cool. The room was too warm and could not lower temperature. Thermostats stay’ed blocked at set temperature. Pillows were huge and hard.

Very large room, friendly staff et good amenities.

The soundproofing is really not good enough. You can hear everything in the corridor, people in other rooms and (for the bedrooms with a view on the swimming pool) every splash and shout in the swimming pool. I guess I was really unlucky to have a group of kids staying at the same level, but the soundproofing is not good enough to even consider taking bookings for groups of kids!
