Le Nouvel Hotel

Very over priced was represented as 4 stars hotel ridiculous. Booking misrepresented this. Very unhappy.

Emplacement.

Dans notre chambre on perçoit tout : les paroles, les bruits de pas, etc. Le petit déjeuner : peu de variété, les tables pas nettoyées, le gars a préféré écouter son téléphone plutôt que de s'occuper du buffet et de la propreté des tables.

À quelques minutes à pied du centre Bell et de la gare de train. L'hôtel est en rénovation (réception), mais c'était tout de même un bon service et la chambre était très bien.

Les rideaux opaques ne se ferment pas dans la chambre. Nous aurions pu avoir un peu plus d'heures de sommeil.

Nice staff, clean, Nice room, ask for view on town, take a minimum some ustensiles and glass to be sure if you want eat in room, but all is perfect.

Location

Parking expensive. The 250 deposit seems a lot to me most hotels are 100-150, also still waiting for them to send me back the deposit the receptionist told me it will be paid back automatically after checking out … so far nothing
