Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North

Four Seasons never disappoints. This property is no exception. Worth the splurge.

The room was very well done, and extremely comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch since the weather was on the cool side at night and mornings. The outside patio was beautiful and relaxing. We've traveled at other Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton's and have been given daily credits to use for food or activities, I wish the breakfast was included or was given a daily credit of some sort. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special.

Some of the food was just quickly put together, Proof Restaurant was a little disorganized. I had to wait in the morning for breakfast for a while when the tables were empty. We had about 3 different servers, had to wait, and finally catch one to give us our bill. The breakfast was nothing special.

Just finished the fourth stay at the Four Seasons Scottsdale property. We’ve enjoyed the Sonoran views occasionally over the past few years, as a getaway. The service was excellent from nearly all employees, which is expected at a Four Seasons property and the reason for our choice to stay at Four Seasons resorts. The rooms are feeling outdated and the heating is inadequate. There was a cold spell during our stay, but shivering under blankets isn’t acceptable. Very tired gas fireplaces appear to be from the late 90s and add to a very stale feel. Room decore is also very out of step and feels yesteryear. The detactched rooms perhaps are not maintained as well as the main hotel? Not sure, but it was disappointing. Particularly, the elevator seemed dirty, with very worn carpet. The room number signs we worn off (2422 room) adding to the tired and uncared for feel, along with animal excrement caked on the balcony terrace, that accompanied us for coffee each morning. Last, but certainly not least, I was left for 30 minutes, literally 30 minutes, at a breakfast meeting at Proof, by my server. This was apparently due to some sort of memory lapse as the restaurant was flustered with a large group. Upsetting and sub par. This property is being ignored, and the owners are not managing it well, in my experience. Four Seasons needs to be aware this isn’t up to the brand. Very mediocre.

The service and accommodations excellent!!!!

The property itself is beautiful and the surrounds (Pinnaccle Peak) are just spectacular. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Come every year in November to enjoy golf and hiking. Everyone’s great and the ambience is fantastic desert beautiful sunsets night skies I’m writing this review because I have asked many times if they could just turn the fire tables on outside in the morning for our coffee and I just can’t seem to get through that they should just turn them on every morning automatically especially on the cold mornings Hoping this review will stimulate that

I have been staying at this property since I was little. I have never been to a property that is a 10 out of 10 every single time. Everything is most literally perfection. Relax and enjoy the Four Seasons Scottsdale!
