Location & grounds were perfect. Staff super friendly to a person

Too many stairs to get to the accessible rooms why is there not just a slope added. There are stair lifts & actual accessible single elevators but these take time & know how to use. A simple sloped access would help

Right in the New Forest peaceful location Staff excellent especially at breakfast Breakfast was lovely Very old building loads of character Magnificent grounds and surroundings

Restaurant we booked was closed at short notice, so we were moved to the lounge bar , not as comfortable
