The Leonardo Hotel in Frankfurt is generally clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. I was highly impressed by the staff, who were incredibly polite and professional throughout my stay. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes were exceptionally smooth and hassle-free, making the arrival and departure experience very pleasant.

While the location is central and convenient for the train station, the surrounding neighborhood felt very unsafe, especially when returning late at night, due to the heavy presence of loiterers, drunk people, and junkies. The rooms themselves were incredibly small and did not match the spaciousness implied by the photos; there was barely enough room to stand on either side of the bed. Noise was also a major issue because the doors have gaps of a few centimeters at the top and bottom, offering almost no sound isolation from the hallway. Finally, the hotel garage is overpriced and not worth it; you are much better off using a nearby public parking spot instead.

Die Lage ist spitze, das Hotelpersonal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Einzelzimmer zwar klein, aber komplett ausreichend und ruhig. Das Frühstück sehr gut, alles vorhanden. Ich werde in jedem Fall dort bei meinem nachsten Aufenthalt in Frankfurt wieder übernachten!

Ich hatte keinerlei Beanstandungen!
