Yên tĩnh

Nhân viên không niềm nở cho lắm. Do điều kiện đi lại và khoảnh thời gian hạn hẹp. 11h45 lễ tân có gọi tranh thủ về 12h trả phòng nhưng vì kẹt xe và khoảnh thời gian hạn hẹp nhu trên. Khi về đến ks là 11h55. Có vào quầy lễ tân hỏi xin 12h15 trả phòng được ko do còn lên thu dọn đồ với có con nhỏ. Lễ tân chỉ trả lời 1 câu a trả phòng sớm dùm e. Thay vì ok a a cố gắng tranh thủ sớm giúp e. Do mình xin 12h15 mà. Khi đúng 12h15 mình trả phòng. Lễ tân chỉ cầm card phòng. Ko 1 lời từ biệt. Mình ko muốn nói là mình đưa nói rồi lễ tân cầm ko 1 lời đáp trả. Thất vọng.
