The hotel is very spacious large pool plenty of sunbeds

They do not cater for English speaking reception did not understand of quite frankly care, not one channel apart from world news was in English, we had a night flight home they would not extend our room and basically told us to get changed in the toilet which we had to do not able to shower pretty poor for a hotel this size

Quality hotel and very clean and modern

Not close to any shops , had Uber to be able go get bottled water and additional snacks for stay as there was nothing around the hotel close by even within walking it was more noticeable especially as I arrived during the evening .

Lots of really great aspects including the adults only pool and cabana beds (which was essential as there was a junior football convention during our stay which was pretty rowdy) and the room was fab, great bed, bedding and shower. It was my husbands birthday and there was a lovely touch of a gift of fizz and cake brought to the room which we appreciated very much.

The groups staying made the main pool area noisy and crowded and meant we didn’t eat in the pool bar at lunch due to the kids running around everywhere. Took away from the 5 star feel for those paying top prices. Also I felt the food quality for the price was really disappointing and again let down the 5 star rating. We’d had better meals for a fraction of the price when staying in the centre of Seville earlier in our trip.

€40 charge for pool towels, requested a little note or similar to celebrate my daughters graduation but nothing was done
