The location, confort and cleanliness was great. The service requires a lot of improvement

I loved the bed and breakfast vibe and the fact that we were a block from Fifth Ave. the service was fantastic! Morning and evening cleaning, beach butler and continental breakfast. Don’t miss eating at the restaurant. All 4 of us LOVED our meals! High quality, great ambiance.

Definitely try it! It was a perfect retreat! Loved the beach service! They take you in a golf cart and supply chairs, towels, umbrellas and water! Also the restaurant is AWWSOME!!!

Exceptional room with back entrance to the pool. The included continental breakfast was poor and I cannot recommend the restaurant.

The property is very nice! I like the tropical/secluded feel that you are away from the city. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a private patio in back! I loved the butler service which brings you to the beach, sets up your chairs and umbrella and brings you back when your ready. Even food is just a phone call away. I stayed 3 nights, and could have easily stayed a week. The front desk service leaves you needing nothing, and the property is nicely maintained so you're at ease your whole stay. The location is nothing short of ideal. We walked everywhere; dinner on 5th Ave all 3 nights, lunch on 3rd St twice. Lots to see, great food and people, and just a great overall experience!
