Time Out Hotel

The staff did everything to make my stay as wonderful as possible. I accidentally missed my tour and they accommodated and called to rearrange for me.

Location was great regarding all things beach and tourism (with tourism-related drawbacks of course). Much to do and easy to do near by. The hotel itself was clean and functional, staff was super nice and professional. Extra points for parking (no charge) in hotel car park!

The restaurant at site was not great. Food was sub-par, which many seemed to have noticed as it was not popular. Lots of decent (not great) restaurants near by though, although vegetarian food was hard to find (not a great island in general for it). Sound-proofing of hotel room was non-existent. New Years Eve was party 'till morning around hotel, as was every other night except New Years Day, which was a Thursday. Following Friday and Saturday the party continued. So if you are expecting peace and quiet - no. Value for money...considering options in the area: quite reasonable. Although I would suggest for peace and quite going a bit further out and getting more for your buck if closeness to beach is not a must.

Great stay, the staff were very friendly and very helpful with everything. The pool area is great too. Would highly recommend.

To be honest, I really cant think of anything at all.

Our room faced the gap (room #324) so we could hear the nightlife rather clearly, wasn't a problem for us since we're deep sleepers but just to note it was not a quiet room. The location was fantastic and the restaurant was a lovely experience.

We weren't given a preference to where our room was and it was a fair bit of walk with luggage and no elevator. The room key initially didn't work which delayed us a bit and we were on a bit of a tight schedule. This could be my misinterpretation but I don't recall the invoice stating the deposit quoted was per room, we book 2 rooms, was quoted the cost for 2 rooms and only quoted the deposit for one room which wasn't made clear until we got there.

The staff are very helpful and friendly

The hotel was very children friendly. My children were able to enjoy a safe and peaceful environment
