I love the property for it location close to city and beach area

The length of time it took to be seated for meals, the plastic dinnerware and the service should be improved. Tables should be properly laid before the guests are seated and not have things still coming while at d table

Fantastic ambience with excellent food. Rooms clean, well decorated and spacious. Rooms however were not provided with toiletries eg no shampoo or conditioner.

Location and it was value for money the price was reasonable the food was good and you had easy access to the town

Staff at the property are all professional, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast included is great value for money. Loved my plantation room although it is noisy since is on the street. Overall it was a great stay

The Savannah Beach Hotel was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the rude staff to the uncleanliness of the entire hotel. I paid extra for the all inclusive package and it was a big waste of money. The drinks barely contained alcohol and the waiters would go out of their way to ignore your request. The pools were disgusting and looked like they had never been cleaned. Our hotel room was also disgusting. I wore shoes in the shower and had to buy my own soap and shampoo. The hotel charges you if you want clean towels so thankfully I brought my own which I just reused. When we checked in, the room across from mine had left a plate of food out by the door -and it stayed there until I checked out 5 days later. Although the room was bad the worst part of the whole trip was the service and the food. The food was inedible and always looked old and disgusting. In the mornings I would watch the air conditioner drip water on the cheese and fruit and one morning the scrambled eggs were legit green. The buffets were bad but anything that required a waiter was even worse. I would order a soda and then 10 minutes later they would come back and ask me what I had ordered. I would be done the meal by the time I even got water. Every morning I would have to chase down someone for coffee and every time I asked any questions the waiters would roll their eyes. I honestly felt uncomfortable my entire stay and was sad I had paid more for the all inclusive package.

I liked the way the security guard interacted with the guest. Their presence and interaction gave a high sense of security.
