Balfour Miami Beach, a Registry Collection Hotel

We really liked the location, the interior design, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special thank you to the staff — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They also extended our check-out by one hour without any issues, which we really appreciated. I especially love small boutique-style hotels like this because they usually feel much more cozy, comfortable, and personal.

One downside was the noise insulation in the room. At night, I could hear another guest snoring quite clearly — I believe they were staying in the room above us. The Wi-Fi was also very poor and barely worked in our room on the first floor. Housekeeping felt a bit superficial, as there was quite a lot of dust, especially on the headboard and around the outlets. The bathroom was also quite small.

Грязно, пахнет странно, лифт не работал, комната размером с кровать, на ресепшен не дозвонится, все решает менеджер-не ресепшен, менеджер приходит в 10 pm, бассейн размером с кровать🤣

Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja obiektu na Ocean Drive, w cichym miejscu, ale jednocześnie bardzo blisko ścisłego centrum Miami Beach. Niedaleko są fajne miejsca na jedzenie, plaża jest 2 minuty od hotelu, w cenie pobytu są wliczone 2 leżaki i parasol oraz ręczniki plażowe. Cena na bookingu zawiera resort fee i uważam, że to super, bo nie ma dodatkowych ukrytych kosztów, o których dowiadujemy się po przyjeździe do hotelu.
