Todo estuvo correcto, se recibe el servicio acorde a lo que cuesta.

Podría decir que todo estuvo bien. El buffet de almuerzo un poco caro, pero a la final si tienes para hospedarte en este hotel, se supone que tienes para pagar por una comida costosa.

Hotel was perfectly located 10 minutes away from the airport directly on the beach. The main mall was directly across the street which was ideal for shopping, restaurants, pharmacies & a grocery store. Tobias was super friendly, attentive & knowledgeable of the area. Our room was overlooking the pool area & had a beach view. Room was spacious, bed & pillows were comfortable, kitchen area perfect for storing cold drinks, towels were plush, soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner were available, air conditioning was working perfectly & automatic blinds were ideal. We would stay here again.

Los saloneros del restaurante muy profesionales y atentos

El room service, demorados en los pedidos y se demoraban en retirar hasta 2 días los platos y demás; en recepción solicité si m podían cambiar de bungaló A al B porque había bulla en la calle y m dijeron q estaba lleno o reservado y no fue así , estuvieron vacíos, solo se llenó el día viernes, pero debían dar preferencia a quienes estuvimos 6 días y con una menor de edad a quien solicité fue de nombre Samantha e igual forma para hacer el check out le solicité 1 día antes si podía quedarme 1 hora más ya q quería cuadrar con mi vuelo de retorno y m supo decir la misma persona q ya m avisa lo cual nunca sucedió, tuve q llamar por teléfono el mom q iba a salir si podía hacerlo y m supo indicar q solo 1 hora sin considerar a la menor de edad (5 años) faltó el sentimiento de humanismo
