Oro Verde Manta

I honestly do not understand the extremely positive reviews for this hotel. Many of them come from accounts that have only ever written a single review, which raises serius doubts about their credibility. Our experience was the complete opposite. We spent a weekend here and it was one of the noisiest hotel stays we have ever had. The hotel hosts weddings and private events on the premises, and the noise at night was constant and very loud, making proper rest almost imposible. During the day, the situation did not improve. The pool and common areas are open to large numbers of external visitors who pay a day fee to use the facilities. This results in overcrowding, noise, and a complete lack of privacy. There is nothing exclusive about this hotel; It feels more like a public club than a hotel for paying guests. If you are looking for peace, relaxation, or a premium hotel experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This place clearly prioritizes events and day visitors over the comfort of its overnight guests.

During a business trip to Oro Verde, Manta, Gustavo was very helpful in answering questions, translating, and general assistance in making my stay enjoyable.

Gustavo was awesome , he helped me translate on multiple occasion also was very helpful with information, navigation and assisting with bags

Everyone here was very nice and helpful. Gustavo showed me to my room and helped with my luggage. Very informative. Great asset to the hotel
