Location, clean, comfortable bed

The staff were quite attentive. A very special mention to Chime who tried his very best to accommodate everything I needed during my stay.

The ac was a bit noisy.

Location. Needed a hotel near Mississauga City Centre.

Most everything else. If you have mobility challenges and have a vehicle, do NOT stay in this hotel. This is NOT an accessible hotel for people with mobility challenges. Upon arrival, we parked briefly by the front door and asked the desk attendant if we needed to check in before driving into the parking garage. We're told no problem, just go ahead and park. Once having parked, we discovered that: a) there is no elevator in the multi story parking garage; b) the only way into the hotel from the parking garage is via multiple flights of stairs and through a locked door that requires a room key to open it. Fortunately a hotel guest discovered us and let us in. The check in desk attendant was rude. The bathroom door was semi transparent so one good not use it in the middle of the night without flooding the bedroom with light. The bed was not properly made. There was no microwave and the bar fridge was hidden in a cupboard. Screaming in the halls at 1 am. All in all, one of the worse hotel experiences we have had in a hotel that was twice the price of the hotels we usually stay in.

Location was good, was able to walk to our destination which was the point of booking this place.

Staff was incredibly rude, particularly the restaurant/breakfast staff. We stayed there as we were participating in the Beneva Marathon. Breakfast was suppose to open at 6am (which was very much needed as we were to be at the race for 7:05am), not only did they open late, but there was 3 of us that walked in together, while only 2 of us were eating. The 3rd person with us was pregnant who was experiencing morning sickness, so we didn't get her a buffet coupon knowing she wouldn't eat. Well, after explaining to the staff that just the two of us would be eating, they continued to harass my pregnant friend saying she wasn't allowed to eat, even thought she wasn't taking any food, was just standing near us while we gathered ours. We sat at a table briefly to prep our food, and the staff kept watching us to make sure she wasn't eating anything. And when I asked for 2 takeout containers so we could eat in our room while we got ready for our race (which we confirmed with staff we could do this the night before) they yelled at us saying they wouldn't give us anything, until I sternly expressed that we cleared it with staff the night before. Aside from the extremely rude staff, the room itself wasn't clean either; there was visible hair all over the bathroom counter and Kleenex box, and clipped toenails in the shower tub. If there are any other options for hotels in the area, I would strongly suggest staying there over this place, which is unfortunate as I am a frequent Delta/Marriott customer.
