For security reasons, please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Please note that third party payments must be arranged directly with the property in advance. Please note that the Hillside zone room types are only accessible by Cable Car. This offers a unique jungle experience and great sea views while traveling to/from the room. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this service may be slow, and guests may experience short delays. The Cable Car operates from 07:00 - 22.00 hrs. While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service. Please be informed that during low tide at Nakalay Bay, the water level recedes exposing stony coral beds and may cause inconveniences in swimming. This happens approximately six hours a day at non-fixed times. Please contact the property staff directly for more information. During this time, guests are recommended to use the property’s large lagoon pool or take advantage of the activities offered at the resort. Guests will receive a value-added benefit of daily 2 cans of Singha Beer for room types: Hillside with Terrace Bathtub, Seaview Hillside with Terrace Bathtub, Family One Bedroom Hillside with Terrace Bathtub, Seaview Family Two Bedroom Hillside with Terrace Bathtub.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
