Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa Phuket

It was a very nice experience. Very hospitable and kind staff. Ambience is great- very family friendly. Rooms are spectacular and location is beachy and picturesque. Special mention to the F&B staff Paula and Donut and receptionist Beebay for their help and assisting us throughout.

One of the biggest advantages of this resort is its location. It is conveniently close to Patong, yet far enough away to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary shuttle service running throughout the day made traveling to and from Patong extremely easy and convenient. The resort grounds are absolutely enormous and beautifully maintained. The landscaping is stunning, with lush tropical gardens, unique artifacts, and picturesque walkways throughout the property. Exploring the resort itself felt like an attraction. My son especially enjoyed wandering through the secret garden, spotting interesting insects, and watching squirrels around the resort. The lagoon-style swimming pool is spectacular and one of the best resort pools we have experienced. However, the true highlight for our child was the mini zoo. Feeding the rabbits and birds, as well as interacting with the adorable piglets, created some unforgettable family memories. It is a wonderful feature for families traveling with children. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options available every morning. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was consistently impressive. We also had lunch at the resort and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The pineapple fried rice is an absolute must-try. Every dish we ordered was delicious. We also loved the bakery and snack shop beside the pool, which offered ice cream, smoothies, and freshly prepared bakery items. The drinks were refreshing, and the snacks were perfect for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. Our bungalow was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The room size was more than sufficient for our family, and everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained. One feature we particularly appreciated was the bathroom layout. The toilet and shower areas were separated, and the shower area itself was exceptionally large and luxurious.

The only minor issue was that the toilet compartment felt slightly compact, but it did not significantly affect our stay.

Nice and clean rooms and beach front is awasome

Not a pleasant place to stay very over priced for what it is , payed forb7 nights in a beach front chalet but left after 3 nights , untidy gardens, bottles and rubbish laying around staff walk straight pass it , the beach is not advertised you can swim in it as its got coral need coral shoes very disappointing again so overpriced much better places around there for that price be aware. Emailed tge resort and spoke to management all I got was were are sorry .

the hotel was fine, we spent mainly our time outside of the hotel. the hotel beds and room were old, and the breakfast was not having man options. we ended up eating just eggs and just for one day.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa. The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, away from the crowds, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. The private beach, stunning views, large swimming pools, and variety of activities provide an excellent holiday experience. The atmosphere throughout the resort was calm and relaxing. The noise level was very low, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful stay and get proper rest. The rooms and resort facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the cleanliness of the property was impressive. We also felt that the resort offered great value for money considering the beautiful location, extensive facilities, spacious grounds, and quality of service provided by the staff. What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional support provided by Ning. During our stay, my mother unfortunately had an accident. Ning immediately assisted us by arranging an ambulance, helping with all necessary documentation, coordinating with staff, and supporting us throughout a very stressful situation. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care went far beyond our expectations. A special thank you to Ning for going above and beyond to help our family. She is a true asset to the resort and made a difficult situation much easier for us. We are incredibly grateful to Ning and the entire team at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa. We highly recommend this resort for its beautiful location, peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, excellent value, and outstanding hospitality. ❤️
