Property Notes

The property has reduced services during the Christmas period. From 21st December to Early January the kitchen will be closed but a grab and go breakfast will be available if preordered the night before. Guests paying in cash are required to provide photo identification. Please note, when booking 6 or more rooms, different policies and supplements may apply. The property will contact you with more details after the booking. Guests arriving after 22:00 are required to provide photo identification. Starting from 6 January 2020 full English breakfast price increases to GBP 12.95 if prebooked with rate, otherwise full English breakfast is GBP 14.95. Bar 66 is open daily from 5pm - till late. Dinner is served from Sunday to Thursday between 5pm - 8pm. Please note, on Friday and Saturday the hotel operates a snack only menu, which is available 24 hours. Private parties are still accepted for catering. Should you wish to have dinner for 4 people or more, please kindly inform reception not later than 4pm on the day of arrival. Full English and Continental Buffet breakfast available daily. Breakfast is served 7 days a week: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:00am, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 10:00am. Express Breakfast is available by request if required. Guests paying in cash are required to provide photo identification and a deposit of £75. Guests staying more than 1 night, are required to hang a request card on the door for housekeeping service or inform the reception.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Good affordable stay near work"

Good location Kitchenette was good Good power in the shower Nice biscuits!

Dripping tap which they will fix Tv aerial socket was lose & kept falling out I liked these quirks though

"Large numbers of migrants are the big negative"

Heating worked well and bed very comfortable. Dinner was good as was breakfast the following morning. staff very attenuative

The hotel is clearly a refugee centre for migrants and large number of men were loitering in the ground. Parts of the hotel are out of bounds and lone female travellers would feel uncomfortable.

Nothing at all

Check in was poor, but I felt incredubly intimidated by the number of asylum seekers/ refugees in the building and being stared at. It was highly uncomfortable. Hotel is very isolated in a housing estate and a long walk in to town. Avoid at all costs

"Extremely poor"

Glasses was ice cold for magners

Food was all extremely oily and unedable. There was people being housed for the government made me on edge given funny looks. Security worrying about drones flying over head. Think saw 3 members of staff from my arrival when i left had to visit reception for a drink as they was the bar staff
