B&B HOTEL Calais Terminal Cité de l'Europe 3 étoiles

The breakfast was ok we were allowed for late check-out. 😀 Wonderful

Excellent location 15 minutes from the ferry terminal. 3 minutes walk to cite Europe shopping centre. Felt very safe with gated parking. Rooms were clean and adequate. We paid over 50 euros for 5 breakfasts bu the food was of poor quality with stale croissants and biscottes- wish we’d gone to McDonald’s across the road!

I have stayed in this Hotel many times now, with my wife, my children and alone - it is the first place past the tunnel and does not look appealing from the outside. In fact it looks like something from the 1970s - but do not let that put you off - The staff, the flexibility make up for the look. The staff are what makes it- want a drink at 1am, no problem, want a pizza for the kids, no problem - want to practice some French- they will speak French even though their English is probably better than your own- -- and the French CRS Police use is it for their meetings and training sessions - it is probably the safest place in Europe- these guys are smart, polite and always around doing whatever it is they do - and I have never felt as safe in a hotel. These guys are fit, armed and look like they mean business. And they are always in this hotel. They do not interact, other than a friendly hello, but you feel very safe. I love this hotel - it may not look pretty, but the staff are excellent and the food, while not fancy is very good value for money. - I have paid a lot more in the UK and France and got a lot less, _ I will stay here again,

Very basic vinyl floor covering noisy night staff dont have room 211 very noisy at night. Breakfast was very basic, just bacon and scrambled egg toast and a few cereals .

There are plenty of car parking spaces, but the room is very outdated, and the power in my room suddenly went out. This hotel is not worth the £133 I paid.

We didn’t pay for breakfast but was ideal when running late on le shuttle and wanting a quick drink and comfy bed, it’s been our 3rd time now and a lovely hotel

Nice clean & friendly hotel, perfect for travelling between France & England as a stop over. Little off putting is the amount of police presence in the car park & after a google it seems they are stationed here due to the nearby refuge camp.

Jefferson, the receptionist was fantastically helpful and helped us through a booking mix up. His customer service was outstanding
