"Great stopover with lovely staff"

This is our go-to hotel in Calais. The rooms follow a usual budget formula, but are well designed and have all the essentials. Beds are very comfortable, showers are good, plenty of parking and restaurants nearby. Best of all are the staff, they are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They have a bar and small restaurant and reception is 24h which is great for late arrivals. Breakfast is good with great pastries and a few cooked options

Good basic hotel next to cite Europe and channel tunnel. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Had dinner at the hotel which was good. Lots of choice and plat du jour. Good food. Drinks prices reasonable. €10 for a pint and a glass of wine. We have stayed here several times

We had to move rooms as first room plumbing was broken and room smell intolerable and unsafe. Rooms small, noisy, and air conditioning did not work

This hotel has several buildings and it wasn't clear which block we were in from our booking so we had to drive around for a bit until we found the correct block/hotel - other than that it was perfect for what we wanted a quick stop after Le Shuttle and before driving to Luxembourg the next day

May not be suitable for families as no safe in the lift and people banging your room at middle of the night. Terryfying experience we had as a family on this hotel.

This is very convenient for an early channel crossing. Basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise until about 11:30.
