"Not comfortable and worst stay experience!"

Nothing! Bed is low and mattress felt like it was inflatable and kept rubbing against the bed and makes loud squeaky noises.

Poor front lobby service. No water in the morning. Elevator not working. My husband is handicapped and was forced to use the stairs from third to first floor. ADA Non-compliant for emergency situations. Front desk did not inform guests of no running water and elevator not working

"The lock tour door did not work upon arrival,we were transferred to a different room hours after arrival,our tv did not"
