Cooler was not working, even after complaining nobody took care of it

The place was old n a lot of things were broken. They should have a sign in the room showing us how to use the shower. It was almost impossible to figure it out

No dishes or eating utensils.

The location was near the venue.

I made a reservation for 1 night. When I arrived to check in the front doors were locked. A housekeeping lady opened the doors for my family and I. There was no clerk at the front desk. The same lady checked the guest list and said my name was not there. We asked to speak with a Supervisor or Manager and she said they leave at 11:00pm. She told us to come back at 7:00am when they return. So I want to know if there was an emergency who does she call. No management to notify?!? Highly unlikely. She also said that even if our name was on the list, there were no rooms available and she could not accommodate us. I was on the phone off and on with Bookings.com. The first lady I spoke to Sheryl did not help at all. The second time we called Peter helped us. He was able to assist us by contacting the facility, cancelling the reservation, and completing the refund process. So overall this experience with this facility is thumbs down.

No breakfast, just coffee. No Shampoo in the rooms.
