The stay was exceptional in every way. The staff was wonderful making our stay feel like we were with longtime friends. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, being very comfortable and meeting all our needs. The location was also exceptional.with anything you may want or need within minutes.

The location is great! Very close to Newport and Cincy! The continental breakfast is really good. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond for the guests. The hotel has a very nice pool and we thought the outdoor patio with grill was very nice for groups. Great idea! Our room was spacious and had lots of closet/dresser space. LOVED the shower!

I wasn't a fan of the futon as a bed. A mattress pad would have been helpful for comfort. Also, the air freshener in the room made me sneeze a lot. It smelled like a strong candle had been burning in the kitchen. We opened the window to get fresh air but the scent lingered.
