Great place, kind helpful staff, great location for most events, food close by!

Clean room and good location

Hotel soaps and complimentary items were lacking. Water was shut off unexpectedly on the last day.

The location was ok. The room was spacious.

The swimming pool was closed. The kitchenette has only one microwave no cooking plate.

No pool ! Cockroaches everywhere bad plumbing,mold/mildoo on walls

They never came and cleaned the room never changed the towels, nor the bed linen or anything and it also had roach eggs in the bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend of May 24-25 and had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience. When we checked into our room, I was shocked to find a smear of feces on the bathroom sink. This is completely unsanitary and disturbing. I initially thought it might have just been a stain or permanent mark — especially since the toilet seat was sealed — but there was a foul smell coming from that side of the bathroom, which confirmed it was something much worse. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, expecting them to resolve the matter professionally. Instead, someone came up and simply wiped the sink using with just one towel— no room change, no sincere apology, and no offer of compensation whatsoever. They treated it like a minor inconvenience rather than a serious hygiene issue. I followed up with both an email and phone call, but have received no response. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only was the condition of the room appalling, but the total lack of responsibility or customer care afterward made it even worse. I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying here, as this kind of neglect and poor service is simply inexcusable.

Great location if attending an event at the convention center. The location is very convenient to get to from the airport by taxi and public buses. Walking distance to many attractions including Sphere. The team is very friendly. Everything is fast and positive.

There's only one table lamp. There's no cutlery, not even disposable ones. Too strong an aromatizer for cleaning the hallways - it hurts the eyes to the point of tears. Very thin blankets for the winter time of year
