A number of doors did not work or latch properly on their own, including public bathroom. Hopefully they will get these adjusted soon. Otherwise clean tidy place. toilet seat was loose.

It was a convenient location and super comfortable beds. However, one of the shower doors wasn't on the track and almost crashed on top of me! I told the front desk about it so the next guest hopefully doesn't have that happen.

The customer service was excellent! I had gotten in after a long day of traveling and it was very close to closing at the 1854 Grille and I asked if they were still open to make something quick and they were more than happy to do so without hesitation. Front desk staff was just as great.
