ibis Styles Bali Legian

Location

It’s a average hotel, I have been to IBIS in singapore, hongkong, Thailand. All these hotels were neat and clean. But this hotel seems to be having 50 year old Furniture, things tiering apart. They should think of replacing their old Furnitures and keep the hotel clean and shining like other Ibis.

Location was great, rooms big, air con great Towels nice new and fluffly. Staff helpful. Breakfast was ok. Pool good.

Coffee machine at breakfast, old and slow - always queue at breakfast. They need a 2nd machine or new coffee machine. Toilet wouldnt flush, some rubbish in room from past customer.

The Pool was amazing. The staff very friendly and helpful.

I think the hotel could do with a renovation, its quite old and rundown.We asked if we could take 2 wineglasses from the restaurant to our room, they could only give us one , apparently they didn’t have enough😳

There’s a beautiful concept here, but cleanliness is an area that needs improvement. With more attention and care in the rooms, the experience would feel much more comfortable and refined.

While breakfast was provided, the omelette was pre-cooked and cold when served. With better preparation and additional hospitality training, the breakfast experience could be greatly improved

Close to shopping and beach Nice pool Outdoor shower in the room was great

Getting a bit old but still comfortable
