USI just want to shout out to one staff member, Kay, who took the time while checking in to understand my situation and be so gracious and hospitable to me and to my young daughter. I am so grateful that someone like Kay is in the hospitality industry. It is because of her kindness that I would return again and again to this lovely gem of a spot in the Florida Keys. Thank you Islander staff for hosting such a wonderful wedding. the venue was ideal from group of 200 friends and family. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips.

Never ending banal pool music from early morning from speakers located and hidden everywhere. Can’t find a quiet spot without music. Breakfast, too much, fussy menu and overpriced. Just provide some coffees and pastries, bagels and cereals.
NLVeel mogelijkheden tot spelletjes op het resort. De buitenruimte van het resort is mooi aangelegd, veel bloemen, planten en mooie omgeving. Vriendelijke bediening in het restaurant. Twee prima zwembaden.
De prijs die je betaalt voor de kamer is te hoog. Camping vibes voor de prijs van 5*. De geur in de kamer en van het beddengoed was niet fris, er komen ook honden, dus daar kan het wellicht van zijn. We hadden gedeeltelijk zeezicht geboekt, helaas was dit niet te zien vanuit de kamer.
We just returned from an amazing four days at the Islander, and our stay exceeded our expectations! Our room was clean, clean, clean; the room location was quiet yet a short distance from the pool area and main resort amenities. The grounds are stunning and provide a sense of tranquility and privacy. You would never know that the resort was close to capacity - that's how well thought out this property is. We loved the breakfast, pool service, and dinner at the Tides. All fresh, cooked well, and tasty. The staff with whom we came into contact deserve high praise and acknowledgment from management for the sincere, friendly service and conversation they provided our family during our stay. Marvin, Monique, and the servers at the Tides are hard workers who helped make our stay memorable. We can't wait to return!
