O quarto é amplo. E estava limpo quando cheguei. Shuttle gratuito para aeroporto. Piscina

Não tive serviço de quarto, limpeza, troca de roupa de cama e toalhas durante a minha estadia. O check in era a partir das 15:00 e fui informada q não estava pronto o quarto e após 1 hora me informaram que não havia o quarto que foi reservado e portanto me colocaram em um diferente. O motorista do primeiro shuttle do dia para o aeroporto foi extremante rude com os passageiros. A cortina do quarto não bloqueia a luz externa.
