This hotel is friendly and relaxed. The rooms are very luxurious. Service excellent especially in the dining room and the bar.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you are immersed in a world where service excellence, politeness and courtesy are the defining characteristics of the experience. You are made to feel like a guest, and you get a strong impression that the team at the hotel want you to be comfortable, and go out of their way to ensure that this is indeed the case. The hotel is not inexpensive, but for those seeking a five star stay then this place should not disappoint.

We had a lovely week staying at Loungville Manor, it was a great place to base ourselves for exploring Jersey. The hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough to help. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing and our room was beautiful, quiet and spotless. Food was delicious at breakfast and dinner. The cocktails were superb!!

Longueville Manor was the most fabulous place to stay. The food was exquisite - cooked to perfection with attention to presentation, detail and taste foremost. The Sommelier took his craft to the highest level and presented the wines with great aplome. A joy to watch. All staff were eager to please, without being overbearing; nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated and the gardens well kept and a joy to behold. All in all, our stay was faultless and I would recommend it highly.

Everything was as good as we had hoped for. On arrival they upgraded our room to a junior suite, so that instantly pleased us. I had previously organised to have some flowers delivered for my wife at 9am on our anniversary and they turned up exactly at 9am. Not only this, we realised that there was a card and present for us on the table too, a lovely cookery book. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was top notch and a great choice, David the porter was very helpful with our luggage, car and showing us around the hotel. When we go back to Jersey, we shall definitely be staying here again!

From the minute we arrived we were treated like VIPs. The staff were so professional but at the same time friendly and welcoming. Every member of staff referred to us by name and were always attentive to our needs. The breakfast was so nice with such a wide choice of cooked options and an amazing buffet selection too. The evening meal was also brilliant with great menu selection and again brilliant service. Altogether a great couple of days spent in luxury.
