"Magnifique hôtel, nous y retournerons sûrement."

Magnifique hôtel très agréable et bien situé. Nous avions une suite de deux chmabres avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer. Magnifique ! Les préstations sont à la hauteur de l'établissement. Le personnel est adorable. Bref nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et comptons bien y retourner.

La litterie mériterait d'être améliorée. Pour un hôtel de ce standing les lits ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on pourrait attendre. Le manque de sèche cheveux est aussi une bizarrerie pour un hôtel comme celui là.

Elounda Mare offers all the elements for an unforgettable stay : the beautiful setting, the gardens, the confort of the rooms and above all the exceptional staff, which makes you feel you're part of a family. Some might argue that the decoration of the rooms is somewhat outdated, but that’s exactly what makes the charm of this place and the reason why people tend to come back, year after year, and that’s exactly what we’ll do. All in all a wonderful experience.

Everything! In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Crete! Beach, staff, rooms!

The breakfast and room service menu can be more versatile.
