The staff were wonderful and the place was decent. We really enjoyed the pool and work out area. The breakfast was typical hotel fair but reasonable.

Our room was claustrophobically small. Bath/shower was almost impossible to use since you have to sit in the bottom of the tub to shower. Getting into the "grand hotel" required a special key and we only were given one, so it was awkward to access the entire building.

Het is een.mooie plek met veel ruimte eromheen. Fijn zwembad!

Het hotel is klassiek, waar ik.persoonlijk best van houd, maar veel is wel erg gedateerd en is het daarom 'net niet'. Het interieur is op sommige onderdelen wel wat vernieuwd, maar vloerbedekking wn badkamer en houtwerk is echt sterk verouderd. Zwembad is heerlijk, maar ook de ruimte er omheen is verouderd. Eten was prima, al was mijn panna cotta zuur. Al met al.zonde van zo'n mooi hotel. Er is heel.wat van te maken maar het is nu 'vergane glorie'!

Charming building and staff. Loved the location with great view and history close to top of funicular .So much going for it

Few operational issues such as inaccurate safe instructions , poor housekeeping and building doors being difficult to access with keys resulting in frustration trying to get into building where our room was located at leat 3 times !!
