Nice hotel for relaxation...

Personale gentile e struttura gradevole. Purtroppo non ci aspettavamo di trovare formiche in camera...capisco che la struttura sia immersa nel verde ma si dovrebbe trovare una soluzione definitiva per risolvere tale fastidiosa problematica (signore delle pulizie molto gentili e disponibili nel provare a risolvere il problema). Poi dispiace non aver potuto usufruire della piscina al coperto e servizio SPA...avevo prenotato questa struttura (spendendo molto di più) sapendo del clima incerto e purtroppo mi sono ritrovato con la sola possibilità di usufruire della piscina all’aperto. Ottima la qualità della colazione, ma dal mio punto di vista una struttura 5 stelle deve sempre avere tutto disponibile fino a chiusura, invece per ben 2 volte ho avuto una scelta limitata solo per essere arrivato in sala 30 minuti prima (e non sono pochi) della chiusura dell’orario di colazione. Infine, a pranzo ho ordinato un’insalata di tonno che mi ha negativamente sorpreso data la pessima qualità dell’insalata (simile a busta del supermercato a 0,99€)...deludendo completamente le mie attese (visto il luogo, mi aspettavo un’insalata fresca del loro orto). Nel complesso, una struttura da migliorare per il costo richiesto a notte.

Il punto di forza è sicuramente la struttura. Ma la camera era troppo piccola, un pò vetusta e con problema di formiche. Anche la colazione è stata gestita in maniera non adeguata, occorreva fare la fila per il buffet e bisognava poi aspettare altri 15-20 minuti per le bevande. Sinceramente mi aspettavo di meglio da un albergo 5 stelle lusso

Un bel hôtel bien placé pour visiter les Pouilles, avec un personnel avenant et disponible. Les chambres sont très propres et le service de chambre parfait. piscines intérieure et extérieure très agréables. Toutefois, cet hôtel relève plus d’un quatre étoiles que d’un cinq étoiles : WC qui fuient, thermostatique de la douche défectueux, manque d’insonorisation dans les chambres (on sait tout ce qui se passe dehors ou chez les voisins), service du restaurant extrêmement long (30 minutes en moyenne entre les plats alors qu’il y a plus de personnel que de clients....), jus de fruit chimique au petit déjeuner, massage au spa effectué par une débutante.

Eigentlich hätte das Anwesen 4 oder 5 Sterne vulgo eine Bewertung von 9,5 verdient. Es ist sehr schön und auch gepflegt,wenn auch das eine oder andere Detail auch im Zimmer ein wenig abgewohnt ist. Für ein SLH Hotel aber ein Nogo sind die sehr lauten Zimmer ( Kategorie de luxe) die anscheinend dem „alten“ Masseruabereich zugefügt wurden und deren Schallisolierung mehr als mangelhaft ist ( von den nicht isolierten und daher knallenden Zimmertüren zu schweigen) Auch dass der Beachclub ab 15 September geschlossen ist erfährt man erst bei Ankunft Die angebotene Alternative im Schwesterhotel Ist eher ein Scherz, zwar Sandstrand aber durch vorgelagerte Steine kein Meerzugang möglich. Dafür war das Restaurant dort sehr gut Andere Strandclubs hatten glücklicherweise offen

La tipicità degli ambienti, la cura meticolosa dei dettagli, la tranquillità del luogo e la cornice della natura circostante.

The hotel was what we needed. It had the basics and the staff was dependable. It was a great value for the price.

Stunning property, breakfast was great. Staff and service were frustratingly inefficient. We kept having to hunt them down for things like towels at the pool or to order drinks, etc...

My wife and I stayed for only four nights as we had limited time for our holiday; however, we felt as if we had enjoyed a far longer break. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the option to head off to the beach club for a change of scenery and to the superb 'Saleblu' restaurant for a dinner at the water's edge. A truly memorable experience, not to be missed.
