"Séjour Fête des Lumières 2025"

Le Personnel est très attentif vis à vis des clients, excellent accueil et un grand sens du service. Merci à toute l'Equipe depuis la réception, à l'accueil au petit déjeuner, au bar, au restaurant et room services (nous n'avons pas utilisé le SPA).

Une petite déception quant au restaurant mais tout de même de bonne qualité, c'est pourquoi j'ai mis une note de 9 (il n'est pas possible de mettre 9,5) / 10.

Le personnel est très accueillant, à l'écoute. L'architecture du bâtiment est splendide.excellent petit déjeuner.

Un peu déçue par une salle de bain vieillissante et des peintures un peu défraîchies.

"Magic weekend at Villa Florentine"

We spent a magic weekend at this property. Our apartment was beyond expectations, with comfortable furnishings and incredible views. The staff was lovely and attentive. We can’t wait to come back!

Très proche du centre-ville, avec vue magnifique. Personnel aux petits soins. Petit-déjeuner très bon. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Tout était très bien.

Ça monte fort depuis le centre-ville pour accéder à l'hôtel à pied, mais ça vaut vraiment la peine !

Chambre vétuste, pas à la hauteur d'un 5* Température pas correctement réglable en hiver (22,5 degré, trop chaud pour dormir) Rapport Q/P très discutable

Beautiful pool, good temperature even when zero degrees outside! Was great that sauna was beside.
