Hotel magnifiquement placé personnel tres aimable même si celui du bar laisse à désirer les tables de la terrasse ne sont pas débarassées et il faut attendre beaucoup trop de temps avant d'être servis. En outre, pour un tel hôtel, quelques améliorations sont nécessaires. Ainsi le savon est situé dans la baignoire de telle façon qu'on ne peut le saisir lorsque l'on est assis dans la baignoire...des savonnettes seraient bienvenues malgré les soucis environnementaux.. La machine à café du restaurant est catastrophique! Le prix de la thalasso me paraît excessif compte tenu de la durée des soins il faut demander des serviettes de bain. Cela dit, je reviendrai dans cet endroit magique! Merci

Séjour parfait dans un endroit magique à l'écart des foules. Service hôtelier impeccable. Restaurant gastronomique de très belle qualité, le travail du chef est remarquable. Le personnel du restaurant gastronomique manque un peu de style : montrer la salle en disant "placez-vous où vous voulez" et en désignant trois tables, ça ne se fait pas dans un relais et châteaux... Proposer des vins qui ne sont plus à la carte non plus. Mais le jeune stagiaire était lui parfait et il ira loin. Tout jeune, pas une faute. Bravo! Buffet de petit déjeuner savoureux et varié, service parfait à tous points de vue.

Un grand hôtel personnel disponible mais un petit bémol aux niveaux des prix un peu excessif heureusement piscine disponible sans supplément, fait tout pour satisfaire le client

The "Cote Sauvage" is one of the most amazing locations you will ever experience and this hotel is uniquely situated so that you can take advantage of this unspoiled coast. We stayed 5 nights in a room for two adults and one child, which turned out to be a more than adequate junior suite with privacy for everyone. Facilities were great with two pools (one outdoor saltwater and one indoor). We played tennis and booked horseback riding nearby and generally took advantage of everything the island had to offer. Definitely rent a car when you go here so you are not stuck on the hotel grounds. Staff was of course went out of their way to make us comfortable. Have the breakfast buffet and then venture out for lunch and dinner elsewhere.

Very nice/classy and very expensive hotel. Expected of course a lot due to the price and most expectaions were fulfilled. The hotel was nice, the location was beautiful with a lovely view over a bay. The rooms were spacoius and quiet. Perfect place to relax. We did not use the hotel facilities much (spa, bar, pool, balcony with view) as we prooritized a walk along the beautiful coastline straight outside the hotel. You can walk or jog for hours. The neighbourhood did not offer much regarding restaurants etc, but this is an island with few inhabitants. However, for us (not french), the breakfast was a bit disappointing as it missed a few items usually present a breakfast buffets. Therfore we did not find it worthwhile to have breakfast the next day. What pulled down the overall experience was the fact that we had asked for payment at the hotel instead of pre-payment. Still, without any warning, the hotel withdrew a deposit for 3 nights, even if we were staying just for 2 nights. At check-out we had to pay again for 2 nights. We are still waiting for refund for the 3rd night.

hôtel bien place avec un personnel très disponible et agréable

L'Hôtel Castel Clara est un très bon hôtel situé au sud de l'île avec une vue magnifique sur la Baie de Goulphar. La vue lorsque vous êtes au café "Clara" est extraordinaire en dégustant de délicieux fruits de mer ou en déjeunant le matin. Reposant, détendu, vous passerez de bons moments...Profitez aussi du hamam, de la piscine et du jaccuzzi avec vue sur la baie!!! Superbe...
