Все по высшему классу. Очень понравилось. Отель в стиле ретро, что придаёт замечательный шарм, но имеет некоторые особенности. Есть прекрасный бассейн в саду, очень красиво и атмосферно.

Кровати немного жестковаты, нет лифта - надо просить поднять вам багаж, но персонал сам это предлагает, никаких проблем. Поэтому это не недостаток, а просто особенность ретро стиля. Но что нас очень расстроило- это парковка. Мы поставили машину вечером на специально размеченные места , а утром нашли ее усыпанной ягодами с дерева. Нам пришлось ехать после отеля на мойку машин, а не по своим туристическим планам. Хотя никаких предупреждений на парковке не было. Смотрите внимательно куда вы ставите свою машину.

Lovely location and very convenient- great swimming pool and pretty garden

The service was inconsistent. Everyone was helpful however we had real issues finding people to serve us drinks before dinner and there were no instructions as to where to go for dinner in the bistro.

Dedicated, friendly and professional staff (albeit few of them). Helped us with luggage. Delicious restaurant. Beautiful orchard !

It was slightly cold at night and I hadn’t seen the extra blanket.

Lovely large ground floor superior room opening onto it's own private shady terrace . Directly on the Route Napoleon, which is what we were driving. Secure parking locked overnight

The main restaurant is closed Mon- Tues, which is fair enough, thx chefs need a day's off. Bug guy Brasserie food and wine were nothing special. The breakfast is poor value for money - just a continental buffet and choice of eggs

Fantastic staff, Stefanie was extremely responsive and accommodating, I was extremely impressed with all the staff attention to detail and their ability to remember important information about their guests (allergies, birthday etc.) The rooms and hotel are beautiful, and comfortable. The dinner was fantastic.

Surroundings are a bit less beautiful than I originally had seen. The double bed was a bit uneven between the left and right side. Breakfast was great but some of the bread did not seem super fresh (maybe because it was a bank holiday and bakeries were closed)
