The Plettenberg Hotel

Very well located and equipped buildings. Helpfull and discreet people make your stay comfortable. The different possibilities offerd are weel explained during a short tour at arrival. Rooms are comfortable, well equipped and allow relaxation as well as a fast access to town and beach.

Lage, Komfort, Personal, Essen - alles sehr gut!

Lediglich wenige Kellnerinnen beim Frühstück und Abendessen wirkten etwas lustlos, was schade war. Das restliche Personal war aber ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich, insbesondere der Empfang und die Security.

Perfect location and the staff are very friendly

The hotel is in an excellent location, is beautifully decorated the staff were amazing. We had such a lovely experience from check-in, only wish we could have stayed longer. The food in the restaurant was also of high quality. Hope to come back at some stage when we visit South Africa again.

AMAZING!!! We were totally blown away by the sheer beauty of this hotel. Our room was sumptuously decorated and every small detail was perfection. A filled bar of drinks and treats and bottle of wine. Dinner on the terrace with a view over bay. Every member of staff were a credit to the hotel.

We had the most memorable stay, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble and everything was perfect. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed every moment of our 3 nights.

The hotel is well situated and is upmarket and the staff well trained and helpful

While lying on the loungers at the hotel, we were not offered drinks once and often had to go and find a waiter to request assistance. I believe a more attentive approach to the pool area in that regard is required
