The room I was in was huge which I loved! There was an odor in the hallway but inside the room was fine. I enjoyed my stay

Love everything except there was only 1 elevator

Checked in 3pm Checked out 935pm. Not a good experience.

You need to disclose to customers that this location houses the homeless community. The hotel is dirty and the smell is intolerable. The heating system did not work. It was freezing in the winter. I called for a blanket and was handed a dirty linen. People adults and many children hanging everywhere in the halls and lobby loud and smoking. Only one elevator works and there was a line to use it. Took the stairs and that was an unsafe feeling with people hanging around.
