Very comfortable setting. Nice rooms. Friendly staff.

Don't try to use the Marriott Nightly Upgrades here. They never work and you have to send 20 emails to get them credited back. I've stayed there twice but no more! I am still awaiting a simple response from both the local staff and corporate "customer service". 30+ years of staying at Marriotts and frankly they are the same as the others .

We were incredibly disappointed with our stay. We only stayed 2 nights. On the second night, we arrived back to the room at 11:30pm with our infant and our room keys did not work. We had to return to the front desk and were told there was “a maintenance issue” but were not permitted to know what the issue was. Turns out it was a health issue with the water. We were then told that we would have to pack up and move all of our stuff to a new room in the middle of the night including a baby crib. Your management had all day to contact one of us by phone or email but all you did was try and call the hotel room. To add insult to injury, the only offer of compensation was a complimentary breakfast. As frequent travelers to Atlanta we would not ever return to this hotel or recommend anybody stay.

Cyle at reception is a gem.
