Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Fad Hotel liegt direkt an einem Einkaufszentrum. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich ein kleiner Natursee mit einem Grillplatz und Sitzmöglichkietne. Hier war es unerwartet idyllisch und wir konnten Wasservögel mit ihrem Nachwuchs beobachten. Das Zimmer selbst war groß und geräumig. Die Ausstattung war klassisch dunkel. Wir wurden am Empfang herzlich begrüßt und erhielten ein kleine Begüßungstüte. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und in Ordnung.

Leider hatte das Zimmer kaputte, zerrissene Gardinen. Das muss wirklich nicht sein. Sonst war alles sauber und i.O.

The pool was situated for afternoon sunshine, which was perfect for our visit.

The pool wasn’t clean enough to be used. The location was good for our visit to Montgomery however we did need to drive to get to a restaurant in the evening. The only restaurant in walking distance was a Korean hot pot restaurant and we don’t eat meat.

Checked in late. Attendant was rude and it took almost an hour to get into our room. Something about the time change and keys. When I booked the room I booked a smoking room!! Only to find out this morning I was charged a smoking fee!! Extra 200!! When I confirmed at checkin it was smoking with the rude ass Attendant who really came off as racist and homophobic!! He needs to be retrained and Stay off the computer desktop playing video games while at work. He even asked me 2nd or 3rd floor for smoking. I chose the third floor!! The hotel really need to be updated and a new night time desk agent!! ASAP!! Day time agent was helpful and accommodating. I explained to her I was in town for a funeral and my partner was ill. She offered her condolences and gave good customer, unlike the night time Attendant who didn't give two shits about anything but playing his computer game.
